About Us

We are a small family operated business with 3 service vehicles all with V-8 driven extraction equipment.  We have been serving the Ann Arbor area and several nearby communities since 1973.  In addition to our several family members (Sue, Steve, Jason, Emily, and Owen) we also employ top notch individuals to assist us.

• Steve has 35 years experience and manages the business.
• Kelly and Jason are 17 year veterans  and Certified Technicians. 
• Kyle has 6 years experience.  

We are dedicated to providing our clients with consistently superior cleaning services.  We strive to be better than typical cleaners by using superior equipment and cleaning products.

We also adhere to the Standards set forth by our industry governing body: the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration.) Plus we continuously keep abreast of the latest developments in our industry by attending various classes and conventions. 

Most recently our technicians have attended Oriental Rug Cleaning Classes which have been very helpful for our processing of these beautiful works of art.  We have also added tile and deep grout cleaning to our arsenal of services.

To help stay abreast of the latest developments in our field we get a lot of timely information from the various Web sites and message boards relating to our field.

Lately we have been fortunate to become aware of an excellent procedure to minimize allergens in homes by using a special product which neutralizes dust mite allergens.
